Kylie Barney


Kylie Barney has grown a love for choreography as she has had a variety of dance experience. She grew up in Mesa Arizona where she trained at both studios Danceworks by Dannis and Impact dance. She grew a love for technique and style as she was trained in jazz, hip hop, contemporary, ballet, ballroom, and Acro. In high school she was on Mountain View Toro Pom for 4 years. Out of those years she won two state titles and 3 national titles at USA nationals.She furthered her dancing career on the nationally ranked team Utah Valley University dance team winning 5 national titles at UDA and 1 national title at NDA. Her freshman year her team represented the USA, taking home an ICU world championship gold medal title. She was co captain her second year, pom captain her third year, and jazz captain her senior year assisting choreographers and perfecting national routines. She currently is an assistant coach for the Pleasant grove drill team and also teaches at Devotion dance Academy. She plans on graduating this May in Exercise Science.
