Katie Korte
Katie Korte is an imaginative choreographer dedicated to bridging the gap between studio dance and dance teams. With a deep love for movement and storytelling, she has honed her craft through years of dedication and hard work, beginning with experiences at a studio growing up, then with the Lindenwood Lion Line dance team (2016–2020), and finally through the Lindenwood dance program (2016–2020). Along the way, she has achieved numerous accolades and built a reputation for artistic excellence.
In her studio career, Katie has earned multiple 1st place wins and consistently secured top-five finishes over the last seven years. Most recently, she achieved a 1st place finish in the Teen Small Group category and a 4th place finish in the Senior Solo category at Rainbow Nationals 2024.
Katie's success extends to her work with dance teams and Allstar competitions. In 2022, she earned a 1st place home routine with Fort Zumwalt West at the UDA Masters Camp. Her choreography led Park Hill South’s medium varsity jazz team to a 1st place victory at NDA Nationals in 2024, followed by a 3rd place finish in the same category in 2025. In addition, she propelled Munster High School Varsity’s large varsity jazz team to a 5th place finish at NDA Nationals in 2025, and her work with The Dance Warehouse garnered a 3rd place finish in the Senior Large Jazz category at UDA Allstar Nationals that same year.
With a proven track record of excellence and a passion for pushing the boundaries of dance, Katie continues to inspire and motivate dancers to reach their full potential, both on and off the stage.
