Bayleigh Peters is a visionary choreographer who has helped reimagine competitive dance through her bold, emotionally charged routines. Known for her ability to create performances that are both technically precise and artistically captivating, Bayleigh’s work pushes the boundaries of dance, leaving a lasting impact on audiences and judges alike.
With over a decade of experience, Bayleigh’s routines are known for their precision, athleticism, and storytelling, with standout works including the dynamic "Holy Grail" (GVSU Jazz 2023), the emotionally charged "My Way" (Arkansas State University), the innovative “Get Your Freak On”(LSU Tiger Girls 2022), and the commanding jazz routine "California Dreaming" (Dakota High School 2023). Her choreography consistently challenges dancers to perform at their best and pushes them towards excellence.
Her work extends into the international dance world. In 2024 her choreography for Slovenia’s Ladies Dance Team earned them a top-three finish at the ICU European Championships, as well as multiple championships within their country.
Since 2020 she has worked with the 15X national champions, Grand Valley State University. Helping them secure 3 championships and a battle win at DTU College Classic. Her work helped break records for Arkansas State University, landing their team with the highest jazz placement in program history. Bayleigh led Dakota High School to a national championship in 2020, followed by consistent top-three finishes at nationals from 2021 to 2024.
Her commitment to the craft has earned her multiple awards for innovative choreography, including Best Choreography for Salem Hills Drill Team in 2025 and leading the Davis High School Dettes to a top four finish at the Utah State Drill Competition in 2024.
As a former member and captain of the Utah Valley University Dance Team, Bayleigh played a pivotal role in leading her team to four national titles. In 2019, she represented Team USA at the ICU World Championships, where the team won gold. Her experience as both a performer and choreographer gives her a unique ability to connect with dancers on a personal level, helping them elevate their technical skills and stage presence to new heights.
From studios and high schools to universities and international teams, Bayleigh continues to inspire and elevate dancers of all levels. Her workshops, masterclasses, and private coaching sessions focus on developing technical excellence, stage presence, and artistry.
